Dreamtime creates opportunities for participants to explore new ideas, network with others, and apply the experience into their everyday lives. Part of the vision of Dreamtime is to merge the fun of music and art with an intention of making a difference in the world. With a focus on sustainability and transformation, we co-create a festival that addresses not only social change but personal and interpersonal change. We look forward to making a difference in the world through work with companies such as yours, and we seek to create an event that perfectly fits your demographic needs to strengthen the foundation of your company – because we know that you are making a difference in the world too.

There are 3 ways to participate in the Dreamtime Festival as a vendor:

  1. Program Advertising
  2. Sponsorship of the Event
  3. Green Expo and Bazaar

Please Note: VENDING OR BARTERING (Trade Circles) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN ANY FORM outside of designated areas which have not received previous permission to be in the event. Violating this will lead to eviction from the event. For more about this, click here.

Vending Calendar:

  • Entry Deadline for Booth Spaces: June 30, 2009
  • Applications received after June 30, 2009 will be assessed a $25 late fee and will operate on a first come, first serve basis
  • Acceptance/Rejection notification mailed by: July 5, 2009.
  • No refunds issued after June 30, 2009.
