Dreamtime Festival

Important information about attending the Dreamtime Festival:

  • By using a ticket you are agreeing abide by all points in the Rules and Safety sections including: no glass, no pets, no smoking except in designated areas, no weapons and no unauthorized fire.
  • Please read the Survival Guide and understand at least these points: you need to provide your own water, food and shade, your safety is your responsibility, and Leave No Trace
  • Kids 12 and under will be admitted free (no ticket needed)
  • Everyone under 18 must arrive with a legal guardian, and must have their legal guardian sign the liability waiver.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.
  • Advance Ticket Sales: You must present your Photo ID which matches the name on the credit card used to purchase the tickets in order to pick up your tickets when you arrive at Dreamtime.  All of the people for whom you are purchasing tickets must arrive together with this person.
  • If the name on the credit card differs from the the legal name of the person picking up the tickets, or in order to transfer tickets, you must bring a photocopy of the original purchasers photo ID (that matches the name on the credit card used) and the photocopy must be signed by the purchaser.

All vehicles will be searched for stow-aways. In addition, a perimeter team has spontaneously formed from within our community, and will be patrolling with night vision and other toys. Please help the non- profit continue this event by informing and educating people that it is destructive to our community to try and sneak in - this endangers the future of the event. It is also not a pleasant experience - those caught will have to buy and ticket plus pay a 'stupid tax', or face fines. They also run the risk of having the community ostracize them, pelt them with water balloons, put them in a dunking booth, whip them, tar and feather them, leave them in the stocks, kindly direct them to return to the gate for a ticket, refuse entry to theme camps and workshops, and find other creative ways of letting them know that our community does not tolerate this sort of behavior. So please speak up to people and educate them if you care to see Dreamtime continue.

The Dreamtime goal is to include everyone and we are excited to be able to offer a limited number volunteer/work trade tickets. You must register online in order to volunteer in exchange for tickets.

What happens with the money?

All income generated by Dreamtime has gone into the Dreamtime Organization. So far the organization has only been able to continue because of unrelenting volunteer hours, gifts, and ticket sales. The past events, while a huge success as an event, have not been able to adequately support the needs of the organization to continue. Therefore, in an effort to continue the magic that happens at Dreamtime, the organizers have decided to make some changes to support financial sustainability:

1) So that the festival can happen again every year, and possibly expand to multiple events per year.
2) To improve the infrastructure, operations, and comfort at the event. (Think... massive shade!)
3 ) So that those committed full-time to the organization may be paid normal working wages.
4 ) To manifest our vision of eco-village, sustainability, community, and land.
5 ) To support artists, musicians, visionaries and other organizations like ourselves
